STOTT PILATES®Classes

STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary and anatomically based approach to the full Pilates repertoire developed over 90 years ago. This fun and functional workout consists of over 500 exercises with loads of modifications that allow Pilates workouts to be tailored to your personal goals. Whether you want detailed rehabilitation work or a challenging core workout, Pilates will help you reach your flexibility, coordination, strength and postural goals. Private sessions and group classes are available with our certified STOTT instructor.

Pilates Mat Class

Pilates Mat Classes

Pilates exercises consist of controlled, flowing movements promoting greater strength, flexibility, and coordination.  The exercises help to improve posture and build a strong base of support.  Learning to move from your core strength will enhance your current workout routine, sports activity and everyday movements.  Class starts at a beginning level, gradually adding more challenge.  Progressions will be offered to those experienced with Pilates.

Reformer Pilates Classes

These four-person classes utilize the most popular piece of Pilates equipment: the reformer. These classes challenge strength, coordination and flexibility using spring-based resistance. Often referred to the most fun piece of Pilates equipment; we will be offering everything from rehab to power-paced workouts.

Fibromyalgia Pilates Program

These mat and reformer classes are specifically designed for those dealing with Fibromyalgia or chronic pain. These classes stress the importance of keeping moving in a low impact and specially tailored atmosphere. Pilates has been proven to help reduce chronic pain resulting from a number of conditions because it incorporates mindful movement, stretching and strength development.
